Financial Policy
Transparent pricing and flexible options for your care.
Consultation Fees
An initial consultation fee applies and is payable at the time of your appointment. This consultation includes a comprehensive evaluation, discussion of your aesthetic goals, and a personalized treatment plan. Consultation fees may be applied toward the cost of your procedure if scheduled within a specified timeframe.
Procedure Pricing
Facial plastic surgery pricing varies based on the complexity of the procedure, anesthesia requirements, facility fees, and individual patient needs. A detailed cost estimate will be provided during your consultation. All fees are discussed transparently before any procedure is scheduled.
Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Cash and personal checks
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
- Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) where applicable
Financing Options
We understand that facial plastic surgery is an investment in yourself. To make your procedure more accessible, we offer flexible financing options through third-party providers. Please contact our office for details on available payment plans and terms.
Insurance
Most cosmetic facial plastic surgery procedures are elective and not covered by insurance. However, certain procedures (such as functional rhinoplasty or reconstructive surgery) may be partially or fully covered. We will assist you in determining whether your procedure qualifies for insurance coverage.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of consultations and procedures. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows. Surgical deposits are subject to the terms outlined in your surgical agreement.
